It is a rebuilt machine sold to me from a repair shop so I do not actually know as it was a replacement for one I brought in to be fixed. I went into that shop that sold it to me I am far away from it in location now after getting it from them and the guy there spent about an hour updating a bunch of drivers.

The craziest part is that I have found no less than 7 different fixes on line in the last month that worked but only for two cycles of me shutting my computer down and restarting or it falling asleep and then it goes right back to not working again.
